Project Overview


Dongguan Qiaoli Electroplating Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qiaoli") is located in Qiaoli Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City (the center point latitude and longitude coordinates are: 22°55′47.49″N; 114°0′35.45″E). It is an original retained enterprise and mainly produces electroplating products. According to the environmental impact assessment approval, the electroplating wastewater generation of the factory should be controlled at 200m³/d, the reuse of electroplating wastewater treatment should reach more than 60% (120m³/d), and the external discharge should be controlled at 80m³/d. After the treatment meets the standards, it will be discharged into the Hanxi River through the municipal pipeline network. Sanrenxing Environment Qiaoli Technology provides a one-stop solution from industrial wastewater treatment project design to on-site construction, equipment installation, and sewage station operation. Since the completion of the project in 2017, the sewage station has been in operation. It has provided one-stop service for enterprises to "leave it to me, you can rest assured"!


Source of wastewater characteristics


The pollutants contained in the wastewater produced by Qiaoli Technology are mainly copper, nickel, cyanide, ammonia nitrogen, COD and other pollutants. The wastewater treated by its electroplating wastewater is divided into five categories: pre-treatment, nickel-containing wastewater, cyanide-containing wastewater, complexing wastewater, and acidic wastewater.


Design inlet and outlet water quality


1. Water quality of production wastewater:


Acidic water quality: PH value: 6-10 CODr≤500, total copper≤100, ammonia nitrogen≤20, CN-≤10.


Cyanide-containing wastewater: PH value: 8-11 CODr≤500, total copper≤100, CN-≤400.


Pre-treatment wastewater: PH value: 9-12   CODr≤3000, total copper ≤20, oil: ≤ 200, CN-≤100.


Nickel-containing wastewater: PH value: 4-6   CODr≤500, total copper ≤20, total nickel ≤ 100.


Complexation wastewater: PH value: 4-6   CODr≤500, total copper ≤100, ammonia nitrogen ≤80, CN- ≤ 100.


2. Design of water quality: According to the environmental protection requirements of electroplating, the electroplating wastewater after discharge treatment must meet the standards of Table 1 of the Guangdong Provincial Local Environmental Standard "Electroplating Pollutant Emission Standard" DB44/1579-2015.
